Component/Subsystem Analysis
Using the ACP Process™, ETA’s skilled team can analyze component/subsystem (including landing gear) design to provide lighter-weight, lower-cost, yet higher performance options.  ETA can also provide in-depth structural analysis.

Vibration & Occupant Safety Simulations
Using ETA’s own system analysis tool, VPG, the team can accurately predict the effects of vibrations on aerospace components and systems, resulting in higher performance final designs.  Additionally, with over 20 years of unique expertise, ETA’s team can provide valuable insight regarding occupant safety.

Formability & Production Support
ETA’s own die analysis tool, DYNAFORM, helps the engineers accurately predict manufacturing costs.  In addition, DYNAFORM can provide insightful simulations to analyze stamping effects, formability, tooling design performance, manufacturing processes and die structural integrity.

ACP Process™
ETA uses its proprietary Accelerated Concept to Product (ACP) Process™ for the development and analysis of aerospace products.  The ACP Process is a performance driven, CAE-based, product design development method that provides the optimal design solution.

With ACP, Our Team Can reduce product development costs by 35-40%, improve manufacturing efficiencies, reduce product/component mass by approximately 20% and improve product performance & fuel efficiency.
