ETA Welcomes Dr. Shan Nageswaran as New Chief Technology Officer

New CTO Will Spearhead New Product Development & Cutting-edge Technologies

Troy, Michigan: Engineering Technology Associates, Inc. today announced that Dr. Shan Nageswaran will be joining ETA as the Chief Technology Officer, effective June 3rd, 2022.

Dr. Shan will be joining ETA from Altair, where he was the VP of the successful Aerospace CAE product development program for 12 years. Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of Simlab Corporation, which developed an innovative feature-based CAE pre and post-processing software system for the automotive industry. He worked at MSC/PDA engineering for 20 years as a Senior Director developing CAE software products. He obtained his DPhil in Engineering Science at the University of Oxford, UK. His passion is to implement innovative and disruptive technology for CAE software systems to enable optimized product design.

With over 3 decades of experience in software development, Dr. Shan’s extensive background will allow him to drive the development of new products and cutting-edge technologies into our product line.
